Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 5zzz platform and its users. By using the 5zzz website, mobile version, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to abide by all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 5zzz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on the 5zzz platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide a valid and active mobile number or email address.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully accountable for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 5zzz support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

5zzz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a government-issued ID, date of birth, or other relevant documents. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for deposits at 5zzz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally reflected in your account within a short time.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 5zzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated at the time of the offer.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
• 5zzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

5zzz has three VIP tiers for regular and dedicated players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Players can advance to higher tiers based on consistent participation and activity. Each tier comes with special benefits, priority support, and exclusive offers. 5zzz reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Accepted Conduct

All games on the 5zzz platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is completely fair and not predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts or playing under a concealed identity.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in a game.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with another user's account.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, 5zzz may immediately close the account, forfeit winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network issue, or other technical reason, 5zzz reserves the right to refund or cancel the bet for that game. Incorrect amounts or results displayed due to an error will not be considered valid.

Sports Betting Rules

5zzz offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Before placing a bet, please be aware of the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a specific cash-out option is provided.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant international sports authority.
• 5zzz reserves the right to change betting limits.

Limitation of Liability

5zzz accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by third-party actions.
